after a week of eating junk i only gained around 1.3kg so i’m not too mad at myself. it sucks but i should be able to lose it within a week.

my intake yesterday was at 375 and i’d been craving crisps all day and so i found a huge pack that were low cal and 300 cal for the whole thing and so i said i’d eat them. i ate half and got full. that’s never happened before, i can usually eat triple that..

intake ended at 525.
