they were (at the time and even now) so incredibly important and helpful for me. some were literally life-changing. there’s a somber little happiness there as I see people moving about their lives and I feel happy to have been a little part of it, for a time.
I don’t know how to articulate this correctly, but seeing 2na’s old art has me reminiscing- I think I will both cherish and deeply miss my 2020-2021 online-era for the rest of my life. I’m kinda forever kicking myself in the ass for struggling to maintain relationships.
Hearing these chants for a ceasefire drowned out by "four more years" reminded me of what Kwame Ture said about liberals:

One day, when it's safe, when there's no personal downside to calling a thing what it is, when it's too late to hold anyone accountable, everyone will have always been against this.
