This is my terminally ill, disabled son sat on the floor of the 09.56 @GWRHelp train from Bristol to London. We had seats reserved but all reservations cancelled as the train is 5 coaches not 10. And they wonder why people don’t like using public transport?? Disgrace

@AndyBurnhamGM They also pick up bank shifts at extortionate rates. £1250 for a 12 hour shift on a bank holiday was an actual rate received on a ward in the south west. Nurses deserve a pay rise but the management within the nhs is a disgrace
