I’ve been playing Apex since high school and now I’ve already graduated with my master’s degree. Nearly 7,000 hours played, Level 3500+, and Predator in 6 different seasons.

I have always played Apex in the United States region throughout my competitive and streaming history.

Most of my old Twitch VODs have expired, but I still have screenshots, archived clips, and years of gameplay recordings.

After my main account was banned, I moved to Douyin and continued streaming Apex publicly every day with handcam visible.

I continued solo grinding Predator live on stream on other accounts for two separate seasons. Starting from almost no audience, my Douyin community has now grown to over 5,000 followers, with streams regularly reaching 100–200 viewers at peak and consistently maintaining 20+ viewers while queueing high-rank Predator lobbies live.

I also participated in North America BLGS/community competitive events through Battlefy under the username “altairmercerlp”.
My main account was banned and every appeal response feels automated with no real investigation.

The ban was applied hours after I had already logged off and gone to sleep, which honestly makes me worried this was a false positive.

What makes this even more confusing is that the EA penalty history page currently shows no visible violations or ban records despite the account being banned in-game.

I’ve always played on native MnK only. No adapters, no cheats.

I’m simply asking for a real manual review and, if this was indeed a false positive, the restoration of my account instead of automated replies.
