Resistance bands are great pieces of equipment to use in your training and warm ups and can be easily taken with you when travelling.
Miguel uses bands like this in his daily 10 min warm up pre play/practice to help with his mobility and to get key muscle groups warmed up and ready for activity.

@LouStagner@hutch_golf This is why I wish there were more lefties in the field. Given that dispersion is not a perfect horizontal oval, the landing area is a SW to NE oval. I’d be curious to see how lefties vs righties play it….

Brooks Koepka's estimated skill (without course fit/major bumps) was +1.0 heading into the PGA. Incredible he now has 5 major wins without sniffing the right side of this distribution.
His major vs non-major gap is now 1.37 strokes per round—only Will Z has a larger gap.
Interesting to see the #PGAchamp numbers slipping yr over yr. For above average golf fans, I would argue it’s been great viewing, but doesn’t have the pull for the majority of fans. I would love to see the PGAA lean into the club pros competing that week, but does it help draw em
