If a person with dementia is admitted to hospital, make sure the water jug is in line of sight (& reach) to prompt them to drink. If water jug is clear, add a coloured cordial to make it easier to see. This can reduce dehydration which can lead to delirium https://t.co/ZCkD7bpFpl
