@NHSBeeky Waiting on an ambulance for my 91year old uncle. Discharged yesterday from Sandwell. Has fallen already and can no longer stand. 5 and a half hours and waiting. He’s old and frail and doesn’t know what’s going on. Very sad.

@NHSBeeky @ashley_sandra The stark difference between social care for Sandwell and Birmingham residents is shocking. Bham have no hospital avoidance, no urgent step-up, SW unable to help. Only option, we were told, is 999. Getting him to hosp any other way is impossible when he can’t stand.
