@ehayward93 I get it. Negativity and abuse directed towards our own team was why I stopped going to the Albion after having a ST for 15 years +. Last season was awful. I moved seats numerous times to try and escspe it. Social media amplifies, intensifies and validates the abuse.

@SportsDirect_CS I have just had a miserable experience in the Perry Barr store. I was buying football boots for my grandson. We found some he liked in his size. I eventually found the member of staff who could not find the other boot. Had to order online and pay £7.99. Awful.
