It can be mathematically possible. If hypothetically, Iowa and Texas both have “advantaged” and “disadvantaged” demographics (however the study defined these) but Iowa has a 90:10 advantaged and Texas has a 90:10 disadvantaged demographic ratio. If the advantaged demographic scores on average nationwide 40 points higher let’s say 70% versus 30%. If Iowa scores at the average, adjusted and unadjusted would be the same and average score would be 66. If Texas’ demographics score 5 points above the national average for both demographics, their average score is 39. This is how the adjusted score corrects for significant factors impacting the data.
@tyho17 @TheTopGrant Just learned of this sitcom and watched it earlier this year. Agreed that it was wildly underrated. Honestly wouldn’t have known it run nearly 10 years ago. Still topical. Last few episodes started to fall off though.
