I have two ideas for you. 1: Have USPS drop them off with the mail or 2: Use ice cream trucks with the music on to drive up and down the streets and drop them off to neighbors. :)

@MayorBowser Is there a mobile task force dropping rapid antigen tests off to families with confirmed COVID cases in which parents have to isolate and quarantine and cannot wait in line with their toddlers for an hour?
