Sorry to be a pain but how many calories exactly are in you sweetener packets. Like exactly as I’m anorexic so it causes me a great amount of stress. Also, do they make you gain weight? Also how many calories in your sweetener per 100g.

Sorry to be a pain but I’m anorexic so it causes me a great deal of stress. Does your boost vitamin b-12 oral spray have any calories per spray? Does it lead to weight gain? Would really appreciate a response as soon as possible.
