@virginmedia I have the email with the date of the 12th, haven’t had any further information about it other than online chat telling me it was now thr 28th. Call centre said it was still the 12th.

@SandyMcWatson @virginmedia I had this the other day, over an hour online chat to try and arrange a house move. Agent was taking 5-15 minutes per simple question, must have 10 chats going.
