@RGIII It's a mix of the officiating and rules - holding and pass interference have massive repercussions that ignore nuance. Like facemask penalties, those two need a lesser penalty for a lesser offense. PI, spot foul or 15 yards, depending severity. Holding needs a 5 yard incidental.

There were a few and The Jungle was very much entrenched. It's not a new problem.
