@SFjkdineen Look at the mess on Treasure Island: Maceo May a "model" of affordable housing cost over $1m a unit because of using shoddy modular construction, three of the four prime developers suing each other over tanking revenues and unsold condos & townhomes on YBI with $1.4K/m HOA fees.

@SFjkdineen JK do some real reporting on the market and economic climate that are really impacting the real estate(not just parroting developer spin). Echoing the Yimby mantra of "getting rid of the joning the permit regulations" will not miraculously result in more affordable housing.
