Commissioner @LukeFarleyNC and the North Carolina Department of Labor are reminding employers and workers to make trench safety a priority every time a job begins. A trench can become deadly in seconds, but proper planning, protective systems, and training can prevent tragedies.

Keep an eye out for our trench safety billboard and other workplace safety billboards displayed across North Carolina as we continue spreading the message that every worker deserves to go home safe at the end of the day.
