After nearly 2 hours of unannounced delay at Newark, #AI106 finally took off, only to haunt passengers with ghost reading lights. Dirty cabin, broken screens, stinky blankets, IRCTC-style catering, and ZERO service response. @airindia

@airindia According to the staff, this was a “new” aircraft. Reality check: it’s a used kit from Etihad, “refurbished” to meet Indian Railways standards. 🚂✈️ #NotSoNew

And the cherry on top—LAN and PS/2 ports next to broken displays. @airindia, the irony is so real. 🤦‍♂️
