I was at the living room next to the front door ALL DAY!
I got a delivery from Yodel, a delivery from Dpd and one from Amazon. They all rang the bell and knocked the door.

@BritishGas how can you be so unprofessional? You have cancelled twice my smart meter appointment and today that I had an appointment between 1-5pm you sent me a text at 15:30 saying that someone came and no one was at home.

When we questioned this, the BA staff response was “well you can make a complaint online”
So here I am with my personal effects in my hand, typing this complaint. At least with easyjet I can take my carry-on suitcase with me guaranteed!

Yet another bad experience with BA, makes me wonder why I don’t choose the low cost options like easyjet or ryanair. My BA ticket included a carry on suitcase and I also have bronze membership. When I went to check in my larger suitcase I was forced to check in

The woman insisted that ALL passengers would be made to check in their carryon bags, including those who turned up at the gate with their bags. But when we got to the gate we witnessed so many people with carryon suitcases and they were not being asked to check them into the hold

they were informed that there was no crew on the plane even though group group 1 was called to board.
You do understand that this is creating a lot of inconsistencies to people right?

@British_Airways why is your last flight from Heathrow T5 to Athens(Greece) almost every time delayed? Last week I flew with it and the delay was caused because of weather in France but also the crew was late

Or stuck in security. My wife is flying with it today and it’s already delayed by 1 hour and seems it seems it will be longer than that.

Not a single day without a problem. For the money we pay on tickets you should have golden grab bars and seats inside the trains. Last Saturday a trip that was supposed to be 1 hour ended up being 2h15min. Absolutely ridiculous.

Hey @Ryanair what’s the point of paying for priority ticket when you have just one queue for everyone at @LDNLutonAirport ? No signs for priority/all passengers queue.

@instagram for months now there is a bug that doesn’t show your followers when trying to send a story/reel.
I need to close the app and reopen for it to work. I have deleted and installed again, updated to the latest version. Nothing is fixing this.
