@LivescanPrint The business is a scam. Totally unreliable. Messed up our first fingerprints and charging us to do it again even though their technician was at fault. Terrible customer service , talks down to their customers.
Cowardly @att when I try to call their support line to ask why they took away the first responder discount they hide behind an automated service that claims ‘high wait times’
It probably went down like this in a meeting:
@att exec - “I have a good idea how to boost profits and increase our annual bonuses, let’s take away the first responder discount but not actually tell our customers that in advance, it will be a fun surprise for them”
@ATT Here is a better noted: Please excuse @att for taking away the first responder customer discount with out any advance notice to customers, they want to line their execs pockets instead of appreciating their customers.
