@HowEPhil i chatted with someone in ATLDOT about this, apparently Memorial is a state route so GDOT uses a diff standard for the lights. bikes can’t get the green if the cars have a conflicting movement, so the oncoming traffic which can turn right (left in pic) means red for bikes. sux
