@CoachZoo The IOC says territories with National Olympic Committees and can compete in the games. These include the Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands. 
British territories: Bermuda, Cayman Islands & British Virgin Islands also have their own Olympic teams.
