Jo Jo came into the shelter as a stray, and he's absolutely terrified. His sad eyes tell the story of a dog who doesn't understand why he's here.
He wasn't interested in treats or attention. All Jo Jo wanted to do was hide from the noise and chaos around him. A crowded shelter is a frightening place for a scared dog, and every day he stays there, he risks shutting down even more.
Jo Jo deserves to feel safe, loved, and protected.
