@andrew_flatt@feelthebyrn1 On a related note, I see variation between waking up with or without an alarm clock. With an alarm clock, I wait 4-5mins for HR to settle to a "normal range". An early wake up, 90mins before usual, tends to report a higher RMSSD than "anticipated". Does that makes sense?
