@British_Airways Or should I say how can British airways treat Me this way , NEVER EVER again will I fly this airline. Then he says he does not know what is taking so long like I’m the agent.
@British_Airways lady listens and tries to help me , a man comes over and says I should move over so they can deal with people traveling today . So rude and guess what he is the manager , how can a manager treat me this way.
Beware of the manager at the EWR @British_Airways counter beware , he is unqualified to hold that position. He lacks manners and does not have an ounce of customer service skills in his bone.
@British_Airways i am told that to pay my change fee I have to fly to a location that has British Airways mind you not in Atlanta Georgia , I was told to fly to London , Texas or New Jersey for $178. Finally I pick my ass up and fly to EWR upon standing at the counter a wonder
@Delta is it just me or has your customer service become horrible. I mean I’m a loyal Delta girl but these days Diamond members get no respect and it’s ridiculous. Don’t make me give up cause ……
@British_Airways is it really that difficult to update a ticket. This is my 10th call and I keep hearing you will call me back. Customer Service really sucks. Please fix my ticket. Why so much effort for a simple thing , since last year and my trip is fast approaching.
@British_Airways Of course when you have horrible customer service. I have been waiting 10 days for my rebooking and am still waiting, I guess you are waiting for ticket prices to go up before rebooking me.

@British_Airways first I am told that I could rebook if I had COVID in June now I am being told that I should have flown even though we had COVID. What a joke
@British_Airways I really do not think I GS a difficult task to rebook a flight. Especially since I followed the correct process 10 days to rebook is ridiculous either rebook or give me my money back. Don’t tell me to fly to a location where there is a BA counter
@British_Airways I have been trying to rebook for the last 10 days , it’s either someone is asking me to go to a BA counter which one does not exist in Georgia or they are saying they will follow up and call me back or after being on hold for 30min they are not able to hear me.
@VikiStatus Don’t you all think that this is a bit ridiculous, this happens every 2 or 3 days and on top of that you never give an ETA, this site is NOT stable at all.
