@life_minutiae So there is a small 'get out of jail' clause. The 'court of disputed' returns decide who is and isn't a foreign citizen. Not the other country. Which is odd, but you may need to buddy up with the high court justices too.

@RM_Transit some points on your Brisbane transit video: They are adding another track (or 2) to the Blgh Line to allow more GC trains. They are also adding 3 new stops to GC and looking at extending GC line to Airport. Sunny coast will also get an extension and duplication
