The preservation of Promised Land Farm brings the grand total we've preserved in Franklin Twp to 850 acres! It has 100% prime soils & is adjacent to 7 other preserved farms, forming a large farm belt in Warren County. One more step ensuring the future of farming in NJ!
Nancy Conger West Brook Preserve is gorgeous in autumn! On 10/21, join our resident biologist Linda on a guided hike along the brook we’ve been restoring. There’s so much to see, & Linda is immensely knowledgeable about local flora & fauna. Register at https://t.co/BLvAARjmYv.

Pollution & groundwater contamination are destroying our waterways. It’s crucial that we test water quality to be sure they’re safe. We've partnered with @RaritanHWaters to install a data logger at South Branch so we can all adapt & plan for the future. #WorldWaterMonitoringDay
Our team is freshly back from the @LTAlliance Rally in PDX, where wE learn how our work fits into the most pressing issues concerning natural resources and the climate. It’s energizing to see how our work contributes to the bigger solutions necessary to shape a healthy future.
We love discovering native species at our preserves, like this self-heal at Yards Creek. We learn about plants that are naturally suited to the land we live on, and we get the satisfaction of knowing our restoration work is creating a healthy ecosystem that nurtures them.
Fungi are loving this damp weather! Sue McClary from the NJ Mycological Association found *28* different species last week at Yards Creek Preserve in Blairstown, including this pleurotus, better known as oyster mushroom. Discovering all this diversity at our preserve is amazing!
TLCNJ's 2020 restoration of the West Brook is the perfect story for National Water Quality Month, dedicated to making the most of the relatively small amount of fresh water we have. Clean water is vital to our health, our food supply, & our environment. https://t.co/l9kfB5KTjP
