@TheRedbaiter I’m not a fan of transliterations.
However, there’s a distinct lack of any central regulatory authority for Te Reo Māori that could create new words using pre-European terms.
Thus, I guess we’re stuck with them.
@aniobrien If we split the non-Māori population into ‘wealthy’ and ‘poor’; the exact same “disparity” of rates & percentages would be seen!
Thus, it has absolutely nothing to do with race; and, everything to do with personal choice.
