The area with the highest risk of severe weather tomorrow will be Washington DC and New York City, where damaging winds and a couple of tornadoes appear likely.

A dangerous day of severe weather is ahead across the Central Plains and Midwest, with very large hail, significant damaging winds, and a couple of strong tornadoes possible.
