$pw adds .30 to the FFO. At a P/E of 10 that is $3.00 a share, at a P/E of 20, $6.00. It's up .88, seems about right.

@Joey_III @Pogo881 The deals so far have have yielded 18-19%. Preferred stock yield is 7.75%. The spread is about 10-12%. So if they were to raise $20 million you would look to have $2.0 - $2.4 million added to the bottom line which would be more than an additional dollar a share.
