Friends at @SiliconVlyBank and @firstcitizens - I’ve been trying to resolve an account closure + unexpected charges issue since March 1, but haven’t been able to get it to closure yet.
[email protected] looped in from the start. Appreciate help resolving this promptly. 🙏
The Japanese shokunin spirit says the same: stay with the craft, not the applause.
The accomplishment belongs to the past. The doing belongs to the present.

Thanks to “The Artist’s Way”, I’ve been reflecting on how much we chase the feeling of “having done” something, when the real joy is usually in the quiet act of doing it.
The Gita reminds us that we only own the action, not the outcome.
The probability we learned in the school vs the probability that we need for most real world scenarios.
Excerpt from the light-hearted book - “Everything is Predictable: How Bayes’ Remarkable Theorem Explains the World” by @TomChivers. Loving it. 😊

Tried applying @shreyas’ Product Sense lessons — not to a product sprint, but to a football match.
Pre-game planning, man-marking decisions, team motivations — all shaped by insights from the course.
We didn’t win the game. But we avoided an almost certain thrashing. 😅
This is the second book by Sandel that I got to read after “Justice”.
Loved both of them and would highly recommend for anyone exploring questions around what’s fair, how to become fair etc. 🙏🏼
Got a chance to read “The Tyranny of Merit” by American political philosopher and professor Michael Sandel recently and what an amazing read.
And the way he ends it - 🤌.

A humbling read for me, for someone who always thought meritocracy is the way to go.
I wish more economic and political advisors and leaders around the world hear him out with an open mind.
Just completed the 8-day Product Sense course by @shreyas today, and what a wild ride it has been. 🔥
Grateful to Shreyas and co for putting together such an amazing course - each slide, example, story, line of text, timing, poll, group activity - everything were on point. 🙇
Dedicated to that Google engineer who went above and beyond to get the bulb filter to glow during a @TypitoHQ friday standup on Meet 💡🫡😄 @srijiths89@MahmoodSad50271
All my life I’ve waited for that moment when I could book a movie ticket without paying the "Internet handling fees" (~% of ticket cost) on @bookmyshow.
Then @lifeindistrict came along...
and just rebranded it as convenience charges.
Dreams do come true. Just not mine...
