Hey @githubsupport @ashtom — As a paying Copilot Pro user, I'm being locked out for 3 days due to bugged rate limits while doing basic HTML edits. Support tickets are getting boilerplate responses. This is a known issue (#2712) locking paying users out of the product.

AVION travel is the most unreliable subcontractor of @RBC . My flight got cancelled without providing any alternatives, AVION 'cannot do anything about it' as they are only a travel agency. So I can keep sleeping at the airport. #DontTrustRBCAvion #RBCDoesntCare #RBCAvion
