I hope we can create a world where we live in peace with our bodies, listen to its intuition, and show ourselves compassion. Our bodies have so much to teach us and work so hard to keep us alive, yet so many of us desperately try to manipulate what is already good and well.

When we actively practice self-care we are better parents, employees, spouses, and friends. We have more to give to others when we give to ourselves. Self-care is essential.
