Intubated patients are on sedation & if they aren’t then nurses are close by to ensure they don’t just rip tubes out. Either way he 100% didn’t get right out of bed &walk around

@RokkinRoxanne @menard_ray @sharnzer @ArijitBanik They don’t just intubate if you’re positive that’s ridiculous. Intubation is a last resort method for ARDS with is caused by COVID pneumonia. Not just COVID positive people get intubated. Bless.
