I strongly condemn the actions of the Union @BJP4India Government detaining and using force against Leader of the Opposition @RahulGandhi ji and other Opposition leaders during their peaceful democratic protest.

LoP @RahulGandhi ji launched the dharna to demand accountability for the alleged police crackdown on students protesting over the NEET examination issue and to seek justice, transparency, and comprehensive reforms in the country's examination system.

He also called for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, alleging repeated failures in the conduct of national competitive examinations. A democratic nation must respect the constitutional right to peaceful protest. Silencing the voices of elected representatives and students through detention and police action undermines the values of democracy and freedom of expression.

@tmms__official urges the Union Government to:

• Ensure an impartial and transparent investigation into the issues surrounding the NEET examination.

• Accept responsibility for the concerns raised by students and their families.

• Protect the democratic right to peaceful protest.

• Initiate meaningful reforms to restore public confidence in India's examination system.

தேசிய போட்டித் தேர்வுகளை நடத்துவதில் தொடர்ச்சியான தோல்விகள் ஏற்பட்டதாகக் குற்றம் சாட்டி, மத்திய கல்வி அமைச்சர் தர்மேந்திர பிரதான் பதவி விலக வேண்டும் என்றும் அவர் அழைப்பு விடுத்தார். ஒரு ஜனநாயக நாடு, அமைதியான முறையில் போராடுவதற்கான அரசியலமைப்பு உரிமையை மதிக்க வேண்டும். தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட பிரதிநிதிகள் மற்றும் மாணவர்களின் குரல்களைத் தடுப்புக்காவல் மற்றும் காவல்துறை நடவடிக்கை மூலம் ஒடுக்குவது, ஜனநாயகம் மற்றும் கருத்துச் சுதந்திரத்தின் விழுமியங்களைச் சீர்குலைக்கிறது.

The @tmms__official strongly condemns the police lathi-charge on the youth of this Nation guided by @Cockroachisback Party who attempted to march towards Parliament.

The youth of the @Cockroachisback Party have been staging a continuous peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi for the past month, demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, holding him accountable for the irregularities in several examinations, including NEET.

With the Monsoon Session of Parliament commencing today, the protesters attempted to march towards Parliament. In response, the authorities unleashed repression, with the police carrying out a brutal and indiscriminate lathi-charge.

Those who were peacefully exercising their democratic right to protest have been subjected to an abuse of state power. Voices raised against injustice and in defence of rights can never be silenced through repression.

The Union @BJP4India Government is attempting to suppress what has become a major youth-led movement in the national capital through the use of tear gas, internet shutdowns, and the closure of metro stations.

May the students' struggle for education and justice prevail!

May the NEET examination, which continues to claim the lives and future of students, be abolished once and for all!
