Registered Republican and White Christian man Charles Barton "Bart" Lucas is a 59-year-old Florida resident and former church leader who was arrested on June 19, 2026, on five counts of video voyeurism after inappropriate images of adolescent girls and adult women were found on his work computer and Google Drive during a routine system upgrade.

Investigators found photos and videos of adolescent girls and adults changing clothes and utilizing a church bathroom and changing area following baptism services. Law enforcement noted that some of the recordings date as far back as the early 2000s.

ICE is ignoring the Flores Agreement that says children should not be detained any longer than 20 days at the most. 

Conditions are deplorable, and no one is allowed in with cameras to verify.
