@Foodtypes Shocking! My almost 11 year old was refused to attend a week long activity programme (non residential) because of his allergies. It was a massive step for him to agree to go, they said yes then changed their minds a few weeks later. My heart broke telling him he couldn’t go.

Not much has changed! Different premier inn, same problem. So frustrating and upsetting. Finley only needed to know the ingredients for the Steak and Chips! He was accepting of no starter or pudding - but no meal 😫😭. All because no one would check the ingredients.

Imagine being 9 years old and not being able to eat in a restaurant because the member of staff won’t let you see the full ingredients of a meal. @premierinn poor allergy awareness - not all allergies are in the top 14. Things need to change!

@beefeatergrill very disappointing to have to leave one of your restaurants this evening because staff refused to check the ingredients of the meal! Life with allergies shouldn’t have to be this hard. Our 10 year old son is allergic to some ingredients that are not in the top 14.

@CadburyUK why do mini fudges have different ingredients to normal sized fudges. There’s no indication on the packaging that the ingredients are different to full sized products. It’s hard enough navigating December as an allergy parent without these curveballs being thrown in!
