Sad to say, Airbnb has gone down hill. Recent experience of a host unwilling to pay a partial refund due to us not hitting "cancel". We have all the dates conversations agreeing to it. Airbnb said they can't do anything. Poor service.

@janninereid1 I hope she does. I remember her calling for defunding police relentlessly and then had a concert in Miami of which the police refused to work security for her. The mayor issued a mandatory overtime requirement for their police force to ensure "her" safety. SMH
