In life we often find what we are looking for. If you are looking for negativity, you’ll find negativity all around you. If you are seeking the good in things & people, you’ll see the good.
Seek happiness
Seek opportunities
Seek positive outcomes
Seek the good
Build small habits. Make big plans.

2) Keep your daily mindset big. Think about how you can play a bigger game.
Start small, but never dream small.

Everyday matters 💪🏼

Keeping the habit alive is a powerful act. It's easier to stay in shape than to get in shape. It's easier to keep a house clean than to get it clean.
Many days it may feel like you are treading water, but maintaining your progress saves your future self a great deal of work.
What’s the intent of HS sports? That’s up to the player. Maybe it’s a scholarship; maybe it’s just being part of a team. Regardless of a player’s goal, it’s also about life lessons & sportsmanship. It’s teaching kids to be productive adults & helping them reach their potential!

Determination & consistency trumps lazy & talented every day. You can be the most gifted athlete, but if you don’t work at it, someone who does will eventually beat you. A lot of hard work, toughness & grit combined with a great work ethic will always win out over lazy talent!
