@skiroywano Completely agree, new Dura Ace wheels are nothing special. At least they are on par with other manufacturers. I personally think they should have gone with 25mm internal width, front wheel on 50 and 60 should be 34-36 mm externally. Weight is okayish, durability should be great
@Roadman_Podcast Why calorie deficit on reat days onky? That’s hard thing, the body should recover. Calorie deficit should be on riding days, and rest days should be balanced. This way, it is manageable much easier.
@TomasSzalay Ake pripoistenie?
@mou55981652 Sounds about right, considering latest news that Pogi will skip Vuelta. I think next year he will try Paris Roubaix again, and his other big goal will be Vuelta. Might go to Giro to shed classics weight and enjoy Italy.
@Ruuku99@Na1chaca Yes, you are taking thing at their face value. Check segment length. This year it’s linger by 160 meters that is 27 seconds difference just from the length.
@GallyG5311@Tratnikstan It was very smart move by Pogi, Jonas still gets yellowe jersey obligations = less recovery, Del Toro gets a huge gift = instant loyalty. Pogi slashed 6 secs. It is win win. Difference would be what 20-30secs if Pogi would have attacked but at big cost
@LucGrefte Why don’t incorporate one heat session per week of heat training? Or two shorter ones like 2x35mins? This way you get benefits of heat adaptation whole year, only ranking it a notch a month from the main event?
@lovecarindustry You know what, I saw proper real-life photos, I take back what I wrote above. It is hideous. Front is definitely worse previous gen, though still somehow okayish, by that back, OMG, horrendous
@lovecarindustry Front looks better than old gen though, but that back, It still needs a lot of work. Round brake lights are okay, but everything else asks for a re-work
@cyclesetforme Considering all the results, especially CRR and Puncture resistance, it looks like no brainer. That Pirelli is on par with everyday tires from other brands. Maybe it will be lower on mileage considering thread thickness but I think the tire of the moment
@zuzinuanella@SometimesSarca 4iii nema pedale. Len power meter (PM) na klukach. Kazdopadne, ak je to 4iii tak by som vymenil baterku, alebo aspon vybrat dat naspat. Nasledne update firmware cez appku. V cyklopocitaci dat: odparovat a zamzat. Znovu sparovat ako novy PM. Kalibracia musi byt v zvislej polohe
