Here's a simple 10-exercise routine that takes just 5 min and is challenging!
New athletes can do each exercise for just 20 sec and take 10-30 sec of recovery between the exercises.
Older athletes can build to doing this twice, with no breaks (so 10 min total).

4-8 grade will be a general running camp including form running, sprints, games, and races from 8 - 9 a.m.
