@HelloLanding I booked a reservation on 05/06 and have been trying to cancel it every day since! This is ridiculous-“whoops something went wrong” is not funny anymore! I want my reservation cancelled and I want my money back!
@OnTrac_Shipping HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is no reason my package should have been delayed due to “incomplete address”. ITS A SINGLE FAMILY HOME-there is no apartment number needed, nor a gate code. Thanks for ruining Christmas for my nephew!
@kfc my husband is missing items from his order, but the number listed for the store (online and the receipt) says “user busy”. This isn’t customer service!
@Chilis Went to dinner tonight with my family and when I got in the car I noticed this on my pants. Maybe make sure the whole table is cleaned off, including underneath.
@FlyFrontier NOT COOL! I have a crying 12yr old because our flight to DFW was cancelled and now she’s missing Hamilton. Not even an explanation for the cancellation.

@NationalZooDC pretty disappointing to show up thinking the Zoo is open till 6, since that was on your website yesterday, only to show up and be told they close at 4. Not cool
@SpiritAirlines our flight was supposed to take off at 2:25 pm-you knew when you were boarding us at 6pm that the crew was close to timing out, and yet you still put us on the plane, only to make us get off when they timed out and we’re still stuck!This is unacceptable!
@Delta what good is a hotel voucher if I get to the hotel, show them my confirmation, and they have no record of my reservation. Not the experience I want after spending 2+hrs in the gate to have my flight cancelled. DO BETTER!
@AmericanAir Pretty crappy customer service from your “baggage assistance” team in PHL. My bag was put on a later flight, and when I asked about delivery I was told 2pm tomorrow. That is unacceptable! Do better!
Not only did he never apologize, but he made excuses for the emergency call button not actually going to a live person. Thankfully I was on the phone so people knew I was stuck and contacted the hotel. Thanks for the cookies, but Safety should be the priority!
@DoubleTree by Hilton Pittsburgh Monroeville-stuck in an elevator for 40 mins with ZERO communication with the hotel is unacceptable. Thankful for the rescue from the FD-who received the call 30 mins into the ordeal. All the GM could say is “we knew you were stuck”
@FlyFrontier Not a good idea to have your customer service chat manned by someone who can’t distinguish between ON and BY. Your promo is purchase BY 1/13 and your agent refuses help because he insists the purchase needs to be made ON 1/13
