@ProPelsTalk Only thing that can be done is to speak with your pockets. It is the only way they ever change or listen. I’ve cancelled my Pels + & won’t be going to any more games this season. Purely out of principle. I want basketball in New Orleans but I won’t support blatant incompetence.
Every Pels fan on this site was begging Joe Dumars to make any kind of move only for him to trade the one universally-beloved Pelican for chump change. Incredible work
Personal news: As of today, I am a free agent. The Falcons eliminated the Digital Team Reporter role. I will forever be grateful for the opportunities and experiences I had in Atlanta. Now, it’s time to find a new adventure.

Asked how much can actually change in-season for #Pelicans, Trey Murphy responded, “I feel like a lot can actually change. There can be some different energy in the building, a different philosophy or way to attack in different game plans, and that can lead to wins.”
How bad is it be constantly refreshing your feed hoping your head coach is fired 6 games into the season? Only hope I have right now to something changing on this wheel of insanity.
That said, I get what the team is doing and why. If Queen is your guy then go and get your guy.
It could backfire and ATL gets a valuable pick next year, but then the Pelicans still have two young guys they feel are the future.
It is not “taking a chance” on Zion’s health at this point. His body cannot take the force and play style at his current weight. There is no chance or luck to it. It is physiologically a guarantee at this point. Believing otherwise is hopeful ignorance at best.
The Pelicans are about to lose their 8th straight game. Only one was by less than 11 points.
The two highest paid players are both out with mysterious injuries.
Not a competitive team. Not a serious team. An insulting product to sell to New Orleans.
