@mari_mitama yeah we call them defas because its short and AoE is ambiguous. Yes, its not a defamation but it gets the point across. And calling it circles is weird as well because Cone + Circle and suddenly you have C1, C2, C3 spots on both sides
@ahri_ni@sloppypaw2uh also just tbf, I think the PF way makes sense IF you have someone to mark people, which is what most people did. That way you have 1 list you go down and it doesn't really matter who you pick. But its very hard to solve for the other 7 people themselves
@ahri_ni@sloppypaw2uh its still tough for sure, but the way PF does it with 1 north, 4 south, 2&3 East/West just makes it harder since the 1 dynamis people have to figure out the entire chain of things since there'll (likely) be 2 Dyna people as well. Otherwise you don't know if you're 3 or 4 etc
@ahri_ni@sloppypaw2uh I would argue that at least 50% of sigma/omega boils down to it being a difficult solution that the community accepted BECAUSE we have AM and AM can make it work.
There are ways out there that are easier to do if you don't have AM where you dont need same partylist
@kozy_kore idk if they changed this but I'm pretty sure at least in EW AR parses were based on DPS or something, but not rDPS.
So all that mattered was having an AST give you cards, get Dancepartner and a DRG tether you (rip DRG tether) and you'd be ahead of everyone no matter how bad

@MikaFPS@hellostal doublechecked, he did say that Evolved is designed and supposed to be a little bit stronger than reborn mode.
Kinda makes sense given that new jobs don't get a reborn mode release... probably means evolved is something completly different though. Can't be easier & stronger

@envinyon if a boss dies at 7:45 for example, you'd get an extra melee combo out of it (and the recast oGCD). We don't have any savage fights where it makes sense in a coordinated group, m9s and m10s you can get an extra use if people are clowning
@ThatYuta I like the first one and the two unlearning ones.
First one stands out as more unique to me, probably worse for searches though.
The unlearning ones are more directly to the point so likely less confusing but a bit more "dry" imo. If its a 2ndary ch that sounds fine though
