So, here's another series, this time from @SquareEnix *NieR: Automata*, So today I got started on filling and smoothing the layers after printing—everything went well and there were no problems, so 2b is ready for painting.

@Bwana There is a reason base arch install also added a niri + Noctalia setup. After using it and getting a nice setup I continue to after moving from CachyOS to NixOS.

@Bwana Installed it to test on my gaming PC which is all Intel, i9-9900k and an A770, installed to the nvme and booted up just fine. Would probably work great for a pc right in front of you, but since mine is remote and I use sunshine, gave me issues between game and desktop modes.

@itmeJP I feel overwhelmed every time I think about playing again. The choices can be overwhelming with what they throw at you. Story? Boost? Grind? What content should I grind? PvP?

It's rough compared to other MMOs with a somewhat structured path from start to endgame.

@tenmamaemi Few questions for if its on your side, for dual streaming do you use different encodes for Twitch and YT? Is a plugin handling one or both streams? Is one being handled by OBS and the other through a plugin?
Could be settings difference, or one being prioritized over the other.

@HyloVT You can also if you don't want dead air on YT with no BGM, create a 3rd audio track that includes a simple YT safe BGM as well to send there.

@HyloVT YT doesn't have a VOD track like Twitch, if you already split audio for Twitch with a separate track for the VOD, you can send the VOD safe track to YT instead of the main one that includes Spotify, most dual stream plugins allow choosing the audio tracks used.

@LidiaVtuber There are ones that do 4k. It's been a few years, so I suspect they will be a bit cheaper these days than they were.
Just make sure to look, some may only do 4k30 vs 4k60, and a quick look if you need higher fps like 4k120 then the price makes a jump.

@LidiaVtuber If trying to use a HDMI cable, you'd want to make sure it's a decent quality with good shielding. Check ratings, at 25ft you'd have to buy a bit more expensive of a cable. Possibly a active or fiber optic hdmi cable depending on needs.(2/2)

@LidiaVtuber As someone who used to do home theater work, 25ft is about the cut off for signal before you get degradation, 1080p might be fine, but 4K will suffer.
Usually in your case we would try to opt for an hdmi over ethernet extender, called a hdmi balun system for reliability. (1/2)
