Finally found a proper fix for the claude code issue:

`npm install @anthropic-ai/[email protected]`

Add to ~/.bashrc:
`export DISABLE_AUTOUPDATER=1`

Restart terminal.

Now it finally follows instructions correctly again.

I'm also using `/model claude-opus-4-5-20251101`

@initjean Why don't you just use 4.5? I switched back to it after 1 day of 4.6. You can manually configure the latest 4.5 model version in cc using the /model command.
