Watching from the peripheries as a paper gets rejected with debate as to where to go next. It is good and could change patient care. Wondering whether we are getting priorities right between patient benefit, pressure to publish in high impact journals and publishing profits
@RachelBurnham@GSTTnhs Not sure that it solves anything. We need to move away from dependency on email-I think over reliance on it reduces overall productivity (reference to follow..)
