@CptKrrk@gnukeith@loganvalorant I hope you feel better now that you aired another petty grievance.
My statements have been consistent. Yours deviated from the original premise numerous times. Take care.
@CptKrrk@gnukeith@loganvalorant Which censorship has been pointed out? This original tweet didn't even name a service provider.
I'm certainly not the rude person here. You've hurled numerous insults. Not me.
My premise remains. This is not "censorship," but rather technical illiteracy.
@CptKrrk@gnukeith@loganvalorant No need to get emotional or resort to insults. I am an advocate of technical literacy over forced compliance. I do indeed think that most people (especially those purchasing internet service and using VPNs) should have a baseline understanding of networking and name resolution.
@KuroZippurokku @gnukeith@loganvalorant Ethereum is a blockchain ledger that is publicly trackable. I'm not a proponent of panoptic currency, and it's not relevant.
I understand your contention, and I asked you a simple question.
Not all domains are served by all DNS hosts. Why should we compel use of yours?
@KuroZippurokku @gnukeith@loganvalorant What is the point then? Forced compliance to your list of domains? Why should an ISP use your preferred database? Are you proposing we force ISP's to all use the same DNS servers? Who's?
Technical literacy > Forced compliance.
@gnukeith@CommunityNotes the VPN sites are not "blocked," and can be reached just fine once IP addresses are resolved from names.
DNS resolution is not akin to network censorship or security. OP just needs to adjust their DNS settings.

@gnukeith They aren't blocking access though... This is hyperbole.
Quite literally they aren't blocking access. Resolve the address and it will work just fine.
