@StateFarm Still, if two phones are in car, and stationary phone is tagged as driver and moving phone is tagged as passenger, app should take this into account. Otherwise, why have the feature to identify driver and passenger?

@AmericanAir AA98 090522 ORD/LHR. Failed Level of Service for fully purchased business seat. On late boarding wheelchair pax told seat 4H not reclining but could be moved to prem econ. No suggestion of other alternative. Full compensation needed. No way to treat ANY pax.😞

@budget worst car rental experience I have had in years! Fastbreak service is a joke! Should rename it Snailbreak! 30 minutes stood in line to get a car. Supposed issue with profile, but couldn’t tell me what. Will be rethinking my patronage.
