Ultimately. She is a victim, and has had crimes committed against her. That is factual. It doesn’t matter that she has dropped the charges, forgiven him, made amends, is going to have his child, etc. The crimes have still been committed, and she is unknowingly enabling her abuse.

Victims will have crimes committed against them by their abuser, then later forgive them and pretend it’s okay, that they can move past it and be happy together. Then it will happen again, and again, and again. Abuse is a cycle, dictated by emotion and irrationality.

Introducing a child into the situation is absolute textbook abusive relationship ‘to save face’ behaviour. He’ll have coerced her to have a child with him so that A. He can make it seem as if the past no longer matters B. She is less inclined to end the relationship again

Poor girl. The system and her own family have completely failed her. System by turning a blind eye to him breaching bail to contact and groom her back into a relationship. And her family by pushing her to do it because of the financial benefits. Disgusting is an understatement
