The processing capacity bottleneck has expanded beyond the beef industry. Canada's pork farmers are on the verge of euthanizing 1000's of hogs. On Saturday in the House of Commons, I urged the Minister of Finance to act. Unfortunately his response wasn't very reassuring.

While the politicians fight over where money goes and how much more we should print a few are actually looking into solving problems. Money doesn't solve everything, and if you've employed the lower half giving away money eliminates the motive to show up.
Lots of local provincially inspected & decentralized abattoirs for Ontario livestock would be really nice to have right now.
Politicians might want to go over the reasons as to why so many of them have been closed.
My snarky thought for tonight

3. Transparency..not just tracking supply chain..watching your food being grown. Literally any time.
