@RLangeford Hey Ryan. I’m engaging because I’m confused here. Is the pastor the only “people” that people need? Or do the pastors and staff and saints who have been equipped for the work of ministry not count as “people” who minister to people?
Absence of worship comes from an absence of faith. If you are not a worshipper you cannot make yourself one by trying extra hard.
If you are in Christ, worship is a reflex action, and praise is a genuine reality that permeates every facet of your life. - Alistair Begg
Money is a root of all kinds of evil. It can also be a root of all kinds of love.
You can either worship and serve it or it can serve you. It’s a great tool. It’s a terrible god.
Thank you, Lord!
“For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though he was rich, yet for your sake he became poor, so that you by his poverty might become rich.”
